For most of my career, I was telling the wrong ones. I spent years in financial services marketing, an industry that's polished, precise, and about as far from human connection as you can get. I'm a deeply emotional, sentimental person who lives for genuine conversation and real human connection. Corporate finance didn't have a lot of either.

Years of navigating complex chronic health conditions brought me to therapists, acupuncturists, naturopaths, and herbalists who didn't just treat my symptoms; they changed the way I understood my own body and mind. I stayed in that world long after I needed to, because I fell in love with the people in it. With the philosophy. With what it means to dedicate your life to helping others heal.
